Ever since graduating with a B.A. in Art Education from the University of Wisconsin - Stout, Molly has focused on working closely with children. This passion recently developed into a job instructing Art Academy, a program for artistic youth, at Edina Art Center.

Molly’s artwork focuses on functional objects, which surround our existence with great importance and tradition. "In a world where so many of these objects are mass-produced, there is much to be said about the care and choices that go into generating an original piece. Variety and intimacy become part of the works visual vocabulary, ideas which are lost in the generic, impersonal world of mass production. I enjoy that possibilities are endless and relaying these creative ideas to youth."

Molly teaches second through sixth Grade Art Academy on Mondays and Wednesdays throughout the academic school year at Edina Art Center.
