Arneson Acres Park has indoor and outdoor gathering spaces available. The facilities offer renters options for comfortable business meetings or outdoor barbecues.

The Terrace Room is a 50- to 75-person indoor facility that can be set up with tables, or without tables to seat more people. The room can be rented by the hour or by the day, making it a convenient setting either for short meetings or all-day seminars and group events. A standardized sink and refrigerator are available in the Terrace Room, but there are no cooking appliances. Renters may bring food or have it catered, and bringing wine and 3.2 percent beer is permitted as long as it does not leave the room.

The Arneson Acres Gazebo is rented by the half day or full day (anything over six hours). Renters can bring their own tables, chairs, grills and food to the Gazebo area for a personalized home-style cookout. The site is also ideal for small weddings. Tents and canopies can be used if they do not require stakes, but alcohol is not permitted. The Gazebo fits approximately 25 people.

The Terrace Room and Gazebo can be rented together by the hour or for the day.

Rates:	$65 for the first hour $40 for each additional hour (up to 3 hours) $185 for the day (4 hours or more)
Non-resident Rates:	$78 for the first hour $48 for each additional hour (up to 3 hours) $222 for the day (4 hours or more)

Seating:	75 people meeting room style (no tables) 50 people dinner style
Tables/Chairs:	Six five-foot round tables, one 8’ x 30” long table, 75 chairs
Kitchen Facilities:	Standard size refrigerator and sink.
Restrictions:	Only wine and 3.2 beer may be served and must stay in the Room Absolutely NO SMOKING in the building
Gazebo Only (25 people)
Rates:	$65 for half day (6 hours or less) $100 for full day (more than 6 hours)
Non-resident Rates:	$78 for half day (6 hours or less) $120 for full day (more than 6 hours)
Restrictions:	No alcohol allowed in garden area. No tents or canopies are allowed unless stakes are not used. You may bring grills, tables, chairs and food to gazebo area.

Non-resident Rates:	$120 for the first hour $48 for each additional hour $240 for the day

A key for the Terrace Room must be checked out from City Hall and returned to City Hall when done. Hours are Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. There is also a drop box for after hours.
User is responsible for set-up and clean-up.
Please note: the Gardens cannot be reserved. They are open to the public.
